These terms apply to your use of the website onepaybutton.com (the “site”), operated by OnePayButton, founded by Berglind Saga B in Iceland. [To be completed before launch: legal entity name, registration number, and address.] By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. OnePayButton is not yet available
OnePayButton is in development. The site describes a product we are building. Features, supported currencies and assets, providers, platforms, regions, and code examples are described as planned or in development and may change or be released in stages, or not at all. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide payment, exchange, or financial services.
When OnePayButton launches, use of the product will be governed by separate terms, and some services will be provided by licensed third-party partners under their own terms.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile; prices can change between quote and payment. Make your own decisions and seek professional advice where needed.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature. We may invite people in stages. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@onepaybutton.com or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Please give accurate information and only sign up with an email address you are entitled to use. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: for example, do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit spam or automated sign-ups, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, name, and logo belong to OnePayButton or its licensors. You may share links to the site, but please do not copy or reuse its content or branding in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission. Product and company names of third parties mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification; mentioning them does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” for general information. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as OnePayButton develops. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Icelandic law, and disputes will be handled by the Icelandic courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.
